No returns or exchanges due to the custom, made to order items. However, if there is a mistake in your personalization and we are at fault, we will be happy to replace it at no cost.

Due to the fast turn around times, we do not offer cancellations past 24 hours of placing the order. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping & Processing

DELAYS IN SHIPPING: Due to the amount of volume the postal carriers are seeing, carriers are seeing delays! They are working as fast as possible, but there could be delays with them getting your packages to you. They are all still behind due to the holidays. 

Standard Processing Times
Current processing times are up to 5-10 business days IF your items are in stock. If items are backordered, you'll be contacted with an estimated date. Processing times are not shipping times. Shipping times are after the order has left our shop. These are standard times, does not include holiday cut off times.
